Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, buyers must request a return by contacting us at info@breya.us or filling out our Return & Exchange Request Form. Once approved, a return label will be provided.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges Exchanges are free! We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship your replacement at no extra charge. To request an exchange, contact us at info@breya.shop or use our Return & Exchange Request Form.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
